Refund policy
At Cultura Hincha, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligible Returns
Soccer balls, accessories, and other eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Made-to-Order Apparel
Our apparel is made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, made-to-order apparel cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Buyer's remorse.
If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Made-to-order apparel.
- Collectible items, including sealed trading card products, collectible boxes, limited-edition collectibles, and similar products.
- Clearance or Final Sale items.
Products marked as Final Sale on their product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
